Workshop on Qualitative Research Methods & Analysis

In line with the Division’s mandate to strengthen research capacity, a one-day training workshop on qualitative research methods and analysis was held on April 24th, 2025, for staff of the Research and Development Division (RDD) in the RDD conference room. The workshop aimed to equip participants with the critical skills and knowledge needed to effectively conduct qualitative research. Facilitated by Dr. Hubeidatu Nuhu and Ms. Sybil Sory from the Documentation, Dissemination, and Advocacy department and chaired by Dr. Naa-Korkor Allotey, the session covered everything from designing guides and sampling strategies to thematic analysis and grounded theory.
